Do not pass rtsp URL's to URLUtil.guessUrl URLUtil.guessUrl API does not know to handle rtsp protocol. Using the API causes www to be prefixed which break the protocol handling. CR-Fixed: SWE-6175 Change-Id: I40ce01778e5710d33f21db33a47054d4a9cab856
