Force a settings sync when updating the auto-fill profile. As auto-fill reuses the same profile ID when the user makes edits, the shared preferences manager thinks nothing has changed. So force a settings sync in this case. Change-Id: I524c98958bc4d26f95f95ca35665c1009b197b74
