Disable bookmark drag&drop support Bug: 4982126 Due to time constraints, system-wide drag and drop hasn't gotten the UX attention needed. So for now, disable drag & drop in bookmarks. Change-Id: Idbc0b90be18c3845679205b3fed55f4176b9be50
