Bookmarks listen for account pref changes Bug: 3373817 Fixed it so the bookmark page listens for when the chrome sync account changes. When the account changes, the bookmarks page then refreshes the account info and all is well. Also deleted unreachable code. Change-Id: If21f0fde552c40aa622961c7c896bdf6f6299ccb
