Implement ComboView for Bookmarks, History and SavedPages
- Replaces ComboViewActivity for PhoneUi.
- Lives as part of the BrowserActivity's ViewTree.
- Avoids construction of ComboViewActivity everytime the bookmarks screen is opened.
