Fix NPE in PersonalPreferencesFragment Returning to the personal preferences fragment after using the autofill settings fragment would trigger a crash in the case that the device has no accounts set up (and hence mChromeSync is null). Change-Id: I2b9d3756910498e66cce73855fb905b0fcdcbf50
