Return default value as empty string instead of null. About preference was causing crash when tab title is null or not set. Fix this issue by always returning default value as empty string. Issues-Fixed: SWE-3632 Change-Id: Ie28aa54090ab5d7a0c9bf3725368b67cdf1eb111
