x86 updates GenInlinedUnsafePut/GenInstanceofFinal

Allow x86 to inline GenInlinedUnsafePut by freeing up a temporary
register early.  Make an x86 specific version of GenInstanceofFinal that
uses compare to memory and a setCC instruction.
