Add TARGET_OUT_VENDOR_RENDERSCRIPT_BITCODE definition. - TARGET_OUT_VENDOR_RENDERSCRIPT_BITCODE is the output directory of RENDERSCRIPT_BITCODE (libclcore.bc) for vendors. - It is only used if LOCAL_PROPRIETARY_MODULE := true specified for the bitcode module.
