Change ld.config.txt to a module ld.config.txt is changed to a module. So, installing it via PRODUCT_PACKAGES intead of PRODUCT_COPY_FILES. Bug: 37138083 Test: sailfish boots Change-Id: I8689b7c090901d4f157c5da8a67326c97373ed29
