Use light theme on an activity with a white background. With overlay background the caption will be translucent. The theme must match the colors used on the background, otherwise the caption buttons will not be visible. Bug: 25486369 Change-Id: Ibe3d7443e6491347bf8fb7152faca204ac14c9ad
