Add -print-resource-dir to header-abi-dumper header-abi-dumper is implemented with FixedCompilationDatabase. Its default resource directory is a relative path. This commit adds -print-resource-dir that prints the real path. Test: ./header-abi-dumper -print-resource-dir Bug: 157531581 Change-Id: I734de44b8bc666d0c758802ec10705348f478ce2
