Remove AccountsTester I don't think anybody uses this anymore. Certainly not the auth team. Probably best to get rid of this now and then introduce a new sample app that better excercises modern AccountManager features. Bug: 21901286 Change-Id: Iec05353ce7a4514a02a32cdc0958d228c257804f
