Deployment e2e tests.

First round of turning tests from go/winscope-test-plan into e2e tests, to speed up deployment process:
- WM (except rects checks)
- SF (except rects checks)
- IME Clients
- IME Service
- IME Manager Service
- Transactions (except dropdown filter checks)
- Protolog (except dropdown filter checks)
- Upload traces
- Trace navigation - basic navigation between home page and trace view page
