Add input option to VDM Host app. Client: - Raise display focus on resize, rotate and fullscreen, basically any interaction - Inform the host about the focused display Host: - Activity for injecting input into the focused remote display - Basically the hackathon stuff from last year - Only supporting dpad, touch nav and keyboard for now Test: manual Bug: 317170179 Change-Id: I3dfbf388dc73f93cd66187badfbf7749d21ccdf0
