Move the panorama benchmark from packages/apps/Camera to here. Also cut unnecessary dependencies on other parts of Android and build staticly linked binaries so that the benchmark can be run on barebone systems. Change-Id: I69ea59c677c750d1982389dd62a6a74e4719d547
