gdbclient: fallback to $OUT if available When the OUT environment variable is set, use it for the path to the symbols. This fixes the case where OUT_DIR_COMMON_BASE is used in a full environment to specify a custom output directory. Change-Id: I4b918fbadb29031f0459995613aac4762f3e009a
