Fix build product names and add new file paths
VNDK snapshot build targets have been changed from aosp_{arch}
to aosp_{arch}_ab targets. Accordingly the build product names
need to be changed from generic_{arch} to generic_{arch}_ab.
Also new tests included for new module_paths.txt and
NOTICE_FILES/ directory packaged in VNDK snapshot.
Test: development/vndk/snapshot/test.sh all
