Add composition type for string proto values. SF perfetto dumps give string proto values for HwcCompositionType rather than enum - make sure chips are still added. Bug: b/322133272 Test: npm run test:unit:ci Change-Id: I584914053f9748da3182793b0cab88d0729caf30
