Skip nonexistent files/directories (e.g. broken symlinks) in idegen.jar. We may have broken symlinks in the experimental directories. They shouldn't fail the idegen. Bug: 25389477 Change-Id: Ie94ebba9225c928a0990347da259ed7bbd4c9fe1
