Make sure viewer entries are initialized Make sure the viewers' active entries are initialized when they are created to avoid a blank entry. Fixes: 257643857 Test: load any trace and check data shows up immediately. Change-Id: Ia0880bf2d1c2969b685fead8da997fb7b4c9df5d
