Filter out old legacy trace files - Filter out legacy trace files with data older than 5 minutes. - Extensively test LoadedParsers, instead of going through TracePipeline (slow and lower coverage). - Ensure at compile-time that all winscope's error types are handled in SnackBarOpener. - Add WinscopeErrorType.NO_COMMON_TIMESTAMP_TYPE.
