init: Add persmissions to access res_info node for HDMI timing info The HDMI driver now provides timing information through the res_info sysfs node. The display HAL will need permissions to read/write this node as part of HDMI initialization. Change-Id: I2d767534a877368f55d614118676edb5f4f90b9e
