sepoily : update write permission of the kernel to access blkfiles this was need when external sdcard is mounted as Mass storage device and shared with pc and due to missing of write access it failed to copy file from pc -> device . Change-Id: Ia2ffdc3d8ebc25ecfcf796318867e66309cf5ed6
