SEAndroid: Add access to res_info sysfs node The display HAL now uses the res_info sysfs node to get timing info from the HDMI driver. This policy will allow access to the node from the display HAL process. Change-Id: Iefc950535b2ebd6208d109974c4d6bd314082cb6
