sepolicy: support wigig services and fast session transfer Add rules for allowing wigig framework and FST to work. Includes: - communication between wigig framework and wigig HAL service - permissions for wigig HAL service - file/socket permissions for fstman daemon - permissions for WIFI framework to operate FST.
