sepolicy: Add permissions for PP daemon Since PP daemon uses ion device and unix socket streams for communication with clients, allow access to ion device and unix stream sockets. Re-enabled rules related binder calls and service_manager context as they are needed for the 8976 target. Change-Id: Ic2cdbd07094f537a56ac62f9b2af8599ac3e9a5d
