SEAndroid: Add policy rules for rmt_storage daemon The rmt_storage is started as a service by init process. This change moves rmt_storage to its own domain and also adds relevant policies to move it to confined domain. Change-Id: I6bb490a6cce1797f4ff1167748ea72f71ad2e3bc
