Use symbolic link for emmc rawdump partition for sepolicy This change uses symbolic link to set the context for the emmc rawdump block partition instead of the hard coded path. CRs-Fixed: 1002379 Change-Id: I2079088baed409770498c87fb537ae1791e55e74
