sm6150: Add context for restart_level file for SSR setup. This adds sysfs_ssr_toggle context for the restart_level file needed for ssr setup. Also, move to a dynamic way of subsys path using regex in file_contexts (instead of hardcoding subsys num which is error prone). Change-Id: I5f4d3cf1b7275429e3f8e46abec712ea8785d78d
