ModernMediaScanner: Enforce size limit for XMP data. Without this, we risk hitting CursorWindow size limits and failing any query for a given row. Test: atest ModernMediaScannerTest Bug: 170357245 Change-Id: Ie9b5988b608feb2f21f44a3e007190b25dedc64f
