Add RIDL permissions to getprop on newer OS LogKit II/RIDL need to execute getprop to get property info such as the device ID and sdk number. Newer OS starting at 24 have moved getprop to /system/bin/toybox, which requires new sepolicy access. CRs-Fixed: 1047718 Change-Id: I439371017bb2e6bdc85ef47a6e7fb8b2bad59395
