sepolicy: Give read/write permission to vender_gles_data_file
Add sepolicy for untrusted_app_25, priv_app.te, domain.te
to read/write vender_gles_data_file to access system_server,
surfaceflinger, bootanim, system_app, platform_app,
priv_app, radio, shell
