Add trailing '/' to MediaColumns.RELATIVE_PATH Bumped MediaProvider version code to 1023. On upgrade, if version code is less than 1023 then a '/' is appended to relative_path column values for all rows in files table. Test: atest MediaProviderTest Test: manual - made sure that after update, photos that were taken before the update had the trailing '/' Bug: 132631113 Change-Id: I356d12271716b4825f614a64bf5815ab1a1006ec
