Notify the FUSE filesystem for default dir updates If a default dir is created via the MediaProvider, it bypasses the FUSE filesystem, hence the mTime on the FUSE volume root path might not change. This breaks some FileManages relying on mTime changes to update their UI Now, we manually update the mTime in such situations Test: Manaual Bug: 170358156 Change-Id: I1149eb68f6fc78ffc1372b678b2a23217c716d0c
