Revert "Make the android.process.media a persistent process" This reverts commit 4546e9aecadb49682c44b125bf62c27656508386. Reason for revert: Looks like a slippery slope, more details here: b/145021140. We may need to come back to this in future or consider alternatives to make MP and the device more robust/resilient to getting killed (repeatedly without AMS throttling its restarts) Change-Id: Ibc2782f944b3c709a2debbc4631f86f461e23009
