sepolicy: Add label for wakeup sources
To fix the below avc denials this change adds the label
for the wakeup source used for usbpd device.
“avc: denied { read } for name="wakeup26" dev="sysfs" ino=71035
scontext=u:r:system_suspend:s0
tcontext=u:object_r:vendor_sysfs_usbpd_device:s0 tclass=dir
permissive=0".
