Add permissions for recovery process to access sysfs file Mounting sdcard now requires reading /sys/block/mmcblk*/device/type sysfs node and hence recovery process needs permissions to read it to mount sdcard for OTA. Change-Id: I631f57874eb76e8c8ccf9b23b48b7a74de65b1ef
