lahaina: Add vendor_sysfs_usb_controller label to USB UDC path Allow apps with vendor_sysfs_usb_controller permissions to access the USB controller UDC path in order to read/write sysfs variables for the device controller driver. Change-Id: I7ec5ad1c299e4e83cbd7971ee641befac4e041ca
