Enlarge android config for copy buffer The copy buffer config is 4k currently which is too small to be efficient on emmc. Enlarge it to 64k, makes cp doubles the performance. SAMBAR-434 Change-Id: Id315b910eb570f07b8c90fe4acbea270762b15e8
