MCONFIG: Fix dependency definitions for the static and profiled blkid library The dependency definitions for DEPSTATIC_LIBBLKID and DEPPROFILED_LIBBLKID incorrectly referenced the non-dependency macros (i.e., STATIC_LIBUUID instead of DEPSTATIC_LIBUUID).
