Fix bogus strip permission errors when building under Debian When building the e2fsprogs dpkg's, the dh_strip command emits a large number of error messages caused by the permissions not being right. So run dh_fixperms before running dh_strip. Signed-off-by: "Theodore Ts'o" <tytso@mit.edu>
