debian: use e2fsck.static from BUILD-STD Now that we are no longer trying to use dietlibc, there's no point creating a separate build tree for e2fsck.static. So just use e2fsck.static from the standard build tree. Signed-off-by: Theodore Ts'o <tytso@mit.edu>
