Dreamliner: Reorganise the external repo [1/2] The refactoring consists in splitting all the stuff in two separate folders: - settings; - systemui. By doing so we make resources and source code separate for all the packages that will inherit from here. Change-Id: I79bf88c17a7698fda373dacb2b854335a607f5af
