[X86][MMX] Add tests showing missed opportunities to use MMX sitofp conversions If we are transferring MMX registers to XMM for conversion we could use the MMX equivalents (CVTPI2PD + CVTPI2PS) without affecting rounding/exceptions etc. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@297481 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
