[mips] Add microMIPS specific addressing patterns. These are identical but use microMIPS instructions instead of MIPS instructions. Also, flatten the 'let AdditionalPredicates = [InMicroMips]' by using the ISA_MICROMIPS adjective. Add tests for constant materialization.
