Bitcode: Remove the remnants of the BitcodeDiagnosticInfo class. The BitcodeReader no longer produces BitcodeDiagnosticInfo diagnostics. The only remaining reference was in the gold plugin; the code there has been dead since we stopped producing InvalidBitcodeSignature error codes in r225562.
