remove the PPCLinuxTargetAsmInfo implementation of PreferredEHDataFormat, because it just calls the default impl. Remove the PPCDarwinTargetAsmInfo version of PreferredEHDataFormat because it just returns DW_EH_PE_absptr unless on 10.6.
