Remove the palignr intrinsics now that we lower them to vector shuffles, shifts and null vectors. Autoupgrade these to what we'd lower them to. Add a testcase to exercise this. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@101851 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
