Tidied up switch cases. NFCI. Split FCMP//ICMP/SEL from the basic arithmetic cost functions. They were not sharing any notable code path (just the return) and were repeatedly testing the opcode. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@269348 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
